February 2012 Theme Day: Animals

Bucharest hosted Cow Parade event in 2005, but six years later is almost impossible to find the painted cows. This orange one represented communication and survived ignored in the parking of Romtelecom building from Victoriei Avenue (Calea Victoriei).
